As President, his expertise guides the operations of the firm while he remains accessible and accountable to each of his clients.

Founded in 1979, Crescent Building Services has compiled an unbroken record of growth in every year of existence. In the 1990’s, sales volume has grown by more than 150%, while the total number of employees is now approximately over 100 hard working individuals. The experienced sales/management team maintains regular contact with clients from the sale throughout the life of the contract. This has allowed the firm to establish an exceptionally high customer retention percentage.
Crescent Building Services, Inc. is family-owned and operated right here in New Orleans, LA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch. We believe that each and every one of our accounts should receive the best service possible. We hire and train our maintenance people, and give them the best equipment to get the job done. Our comprehensive management system includes field supervisors, and specific site supervisors who follow through by checking work sites and contacting the accounts to insure the highest standard of quality work is accomplished.
Crescent Building Services received its Small Business Association 8(a) Certification in November of 1994, allowing it to expand its reach of services into the federal facilities arenas. The company’s service region begins in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area, including the West bank and the North shore, and covers the 1-10 corridors from Lafayette, Louisiana to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Our goals are to provide quality service to keep the customer happy. We provide a wide range of services and respond quickly on emergency clean-up request. A line of communication is set up between the customer, site supervisor, and the office to handle complaints. Our goals are constantly being reviewed every six months by allowing management to rate our services. By conducting supervisor/staff meetings our employees are always made aware of ongoing goals that have been set by the company.
