Britni Wells
  Chief Operational Officer 
The company’s founder, Richard Wells, is  a retired mathematics teacher from the Jefferson Parish School System. Mr. Wells has more than 37 years of experience in the facilities maintenance industry, and has first-hand experience on the needs and expectations of our clients.

 As President, his expertise guides the operations of the firm. Mr. Wells aims to ensure CBS quality assurance by being accessible, visible and accountable on each client's account. 
Britni Wells is a proud New Orleans native. 
Ms. Wells received her Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University in Sports Management and Business. During her tenure at LSU, Ms.Wells served as a student intern and fellow for the LSU Athletic Office where she over saw the operations of all athletic events on the Baton Rouge campus. 

Ms.Wells serves as the Chief Operational Officer for and as the Human Resource Director. 
Ms.Wells is shadowing and learning the facilities maintenance industry from her father. She plans to uphold the CBS legacy by continuing to press the business' vision and goals forward in the future.

Crescent Building Services, Inc. is a family-owned business operated locally in New Orleans, La. We aim to provide our customers with an experience that will establish a life-long relationship of trust, loyalty and quality. 

Since our founding in 1979, Crescent Building Services has compiled an unbroken record of growth in every year of existence. In the 1990’s, sales volume has grown by more than 150%, while the total number of employees is now approximately over 100 hard working individuals. Our supreme customer service has allowed the firm to establish an exceptionally high customer retention percentage.

​Crescent Building Services received its Small Business Association 8(a) Certification in November of 1994,which  allowed us to our service to federal and state governmental agencies. The company’s service region began in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area,but now includes the West bank and the North shore and the 1-10 corridors from Lafayette, La to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Our Goal 
Our number one priority is to ensure that we provide our clients with quality services to ensure customer satisfaction. We ensure efficiency by offering a wide-range of services, including on-demand and emergency response  request. We also aim to provide a clear line of communication with our clients throughout the duration of the contract.Each client will be advised by our team of professionals including a site supervisor and client profile representative.

Our Model 
Our comprehensive management system includes field supervisors, and site managers, customer service personnel, and client profile representatives. Each individual will ensure job efficiency and quality by checking work sites and contacting the accounts to insure the highest standard of quality work is accomplished.

Our goals are reviewed every six months to ensure management that our tactics and approaches are well-received by our clientele. We believe that in order to grow, you must be willing to set higher standards on a consistent basis. By conducting monthly goal meetings, our employees are always made aware of our ongoing goals, our clients' needs, and the demands of the present-day service market.  Our staff is also always being trained on the latest technology and industry trends.
